So, have you just discovered a manufacturing defect in your purchased product? Is the delivered product not matching the stated specifications? Don't worry, read through our product return policy here and contact us.

NOTE: The Product Return Policy as stated below is applicable to non-customized products only.

Please also note that Coverking Custom made products may not be returned for credit.

Non-customized products, provided that they are in a new, resalable condition, may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Such products must be issued an RGA number*.

Please remember to include your Coverking Store order number and your contact information. Please also briefly state why you wish to return the product. Your feedback is important to us.

In the rare case of having a wrong product delivered to you by mistake, get in touch with us for an exchange or refund. Moreover, if the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount.
