Return Policy

Dear customer,

At SeatCoverDeals, we strive hard to serve our customers (you) with premium quality custom car seat covers. However, due to certain inevitable reasons, occasionally it’s necessary to return supplied products.

In any case, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of shipped products and want to return or exchange the merchandise, for a hassle-free return; kindly follow the instructions given below:

1. If you received damaged product(s), make sure you notify us within 48 hours. All the communications must accompany your Order ID number.
2. All return product(s) must have allotted Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA number). You must request for RGA number to initiate a return. Seatcoverdeals.com will not be responsible for product(s) returned without RGA number.
3. Return the product(s) as it was received. It must be in "As New” and “Ready-to-sell” condition. The accuracy and quality must be the same.
4. A copy of your original invoice is required with the returned product.
5. Though the method of shipping solely depends upon your choice, please make sure you return shipments properly packed.
6. Customer has to bear expenses and damage caused during return shipping. Seatcoverdeals.com will not be held responsible for any costs or damage incurred during shipping (while returned by customer). 
7. In case of legitimate claims, seatcoverdeals.com will provide free replacement or 100% refunds as the case may be.
8. Once the returned merchandise is received and duly inspected, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and transferred in the same payment mode as the purchase was made.
9. Once the refund is processed a confirmation mail from seatcoverdeals.com will be send to customer(s).
10. Seatcoverdeals.com will not be bound to return any merchandise after 30 days.
11. No returns will be possible on used/installed/altered/modified product(s).
12. No returns on Customized/Special Order product(s).
13. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
14. In case of international orders, only the defective products could be exchanged. No other returns and/or exchanges will be possible.
